No, we are an online-based store, and currently doesn’t have any physical store.

Yes, we have a thorough cleaning process to ensure that all our products are clean and ready to wear when you receive them.

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days all over Pakistan, except on Sundays.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

We use third-party delivery services like Post Ex, Leopard, Bykea & Daewoo.

We accept Cash-on-Delivery only for KHI, Micro Banks (Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash), direct bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, a unique tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can track your order on the third-party delivery service’s website using the tracking number.

Unfortunately, we do not offer item reservations currently. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our team performs a detailed inspection to check for wear, defects, and overall quality before listing pre loved items and break them into categories for making transparency with our customers.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we do offer exchanges for other items available on our website within 7-8 working days of delivery. Refunds are only applicable for Premium or Brand-New purchases and will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition, exactly as it was sent to the customer.
